• Your search brief. The criteria you set — locations, budget, must-haves and nice-to-haves — along with the properties you accept, reject, comment on, or share.
• Usage data. Basic technical information such as device type, browser, and how you interact with the app, used to keep the service running and improve it.

How we use your information

• To search the market and match listings against your brief.
• To contact agents on your behalf for details like price guides, strata, and inspection times.
• To send you your daily digest and other messages about your search.
• To operate, secure, and improve homefound.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service: with people you invite to collaborate on a brief, with real-estate agents when we enquire about a listing for you, and with service providers (such as hosting and AI infrastructure) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
